The following are the tournament accommodation & food packages, covering accommodation from Thursday 12th June 2008 to Sunday 15th June 2008 inclusive and food packages from Friday 13th June 2008 to lunch on Monday 16th June 2008***. Check out Monday 16th. In an effort to give players preference for this on campus accommodation each club will be entitled to 25 packages per registered squad*.  A club that registers teams in 2 or 3 competitions will be entitled to 25 packages for each team*. It is then up to the individual clubs to decide how to allocate these packages. Any accommodation still available after 11 April 2008** will then be sold on a first come first served basis.

As you can see the amounts being charged above have increased by €5 since the email sent on the 13th July. This increase has been necessary to offset some handling fees. Registration fees remain as per the bid document.
