All players are required to have their own medical insurance to participate in the tournament. This insurance is often organised via the players club policy but it is the ultimate responsibility of the player to ensure they are fully covered in accordance with their own specific needs and requirements.

As in previous years each player, when registering, will be required to state that they have adequate medical insurance cover.  In addition each player will be required to sign a waiver of claims waiving all rights to sue or pursue any damages or claims for damages against the tournament organisers BC08 Dublin Limited, the hosting club Emerald Warriors Rugby Football Club (EWRFC) or the International Gay Rugby Association and Board (IGRAB) or any directors, officers, members or connected or related persons of these entities.
