The following is a step by step description of the registration process.

Registration Transfer

If a registrant who has completed the registration process, has paid all fees and wishes to transfer his registration to another person for whatever reason this can be facilitated. We have worked out a simple way that the registrant can make the change themselves.

The process of transfering registration is as follows:

The paid up registrant passes his/her login and password to the new registrant. This person logs in to the site. They then click on 'Profile' which is under the user menu..followed by 'Edit Profile'. From here they can change all the relevant registration information including the password. Needless to say they would settle up whatever financial element involved offline. Three weeks before the Tournament starts this functionality will be diabled and no further changes will be possible.
