Each day of the tournament participants will be provided with a packed lunch consisting of the following:

• Filled Fresh French Bread Baguette (Brown or White available)
• Energy drink (BPM / Club Energiser or similar) or Mineral Water
• Fresh Fruit Piece x2 - (Banana or Apple) and (Plum or Kiwi)
• Muffin (Chocolate or Blueberry) or Fruit and Nut Oat Flapjack
