Accommodation Packages

The following are the tournament accommodation & food packages, covering accommodation from Thursday 12th June 2008 to Sunday 15th June 2008 inclusive and food packages from Friday 13th June 2008 to lunch on Monday 16th June 2008***. In an effort to give players preference for this on campus accommodation each club will be entitled to 25 packages per registered squad*.  A club that registers teams in 2 or 3 competitions will be entitled to 25 packages for each team*. It is then up to the individual clubs to decide how to allocate these packages. Any accommodation still available after 11 April 2008** will then be sold on a first come first served basis.

Gold Package €370.00
Silver Package €295.00
Bronze Package €215.00

As you can see the amounts being charged above have increased by €5 since the email sent on the 13th July. This increase has been necessary to offset some handling fees. Registration fees remain as per the bid document.

Bronze Package

Accommodation
A room in an apartment consisting of five rooms (1 double, 4 singles) and a comfortable living room. This accommodation is geared towards those looking for clean, low priced, standard accommodation. Telephone is provided in the living room and broadband is provided in each bedroom.

Food & Beverage
Breakfast & packed lunch on Friday 13th , Saturday 14th,
Sunday 15th & Monday 16th.

A room in a spacious apartment consisting of five ensuite rooms (1 double, 4 singles) and a comfortable living room where you can regroup in a relaxed atmosphere. Telephone is provided in the living room and broadband is provided in each bedroom.

A room in an extremely comfortable and spacious apartment consisting of five ensuite rooms (1 double, 4 singles) with modern facilities such as TV, telephone and broadband. In addition there is a luxurious lounge where you can regroup in a relaxed atmosphere.

Breakfast & packed lunch on Friday 13th , Saturday 14th,
Sunday 15th & Monday 16th

Dinner Friday 13th & Saturday 14th .

Leisure Facilities
Including use of 25m pool, steam room , sauna, spa & fully equipped gym which will be available in the morning from 7am to 10am and later from 6pm to 10pm each day.

Payment Methods

To purchase an Accommodation & Food package select the Book Here menu option.  Owing to the limited amount of on campus accommodation we recomment that you purchase your Accommodation & Food package when purchasing registration.

Please also note that each club will be allocated 25 Accommodation & Food packages. In the event that fewer clubs than our maximum capacity register, we will be able to release further packages to each squad. Similar to registration fees all package costs are quoted in Euro and payment must be denominated in Euro. The following payment options are available:

  • Credit Card (via online registration system)
  • International Funds Transfer (for Liaison bulk purchases only)
  • Bank Draft

If the Credit Card method of payment is being utilised via the online system any foreign exchange commission will be for the account of the transferor.

If the International Funds Transfer (IFT) method of payment is being utilised the amount paid must be in Euro and all fees are for the account of the registrant.  The bank details for making the IFT are as follows:

Note all credit card and IFT payments must be received on or before the closing date of the registration category to be eligible for that category price. All drafts must be postmarked on or before the closing date of the registration category to be eligible for that category price. If the incorrect amount of funds is transfered registration will not  be accepted, the funds will be returned and any related charges will be for the account of the registrant.

Extra Days Accommodation

Accommodation for additional nights both leading up to and directly after the tournament are available but it should be noted that they may be limited due to other events being held on campus.

Additional nights should be booked via the DCU accomodation office. Send an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it , letting him know your name, the club you are with and the dates required.

Please note that the organisers have no control over the allocation of these additional nights and will not be able to guarantee availability or continuity of room.

All campus facilities, i.e. canteen, bars, leisure centre etc, will be operational both in the run up to and after the tournament.
